Last year, my dad passed away suddenly. And in a single moment, the heart of my work changed forever. Suddenly I knew what it felt like to only hold memories of someone through photographs. To sift through photos of him and still ache for the one's that don't exist.
That experience shifted something deep in me. Photography stopped being just the art I adore and became the way I honour the people we love most. It became personal.
Now, every wedding I document, every milestone, I carry that truth with me. I show up knowing that these images will outlive us. That they will become someone’s most cherished memories. That one day, a daughter or son might hold these photos the way I hold his. He is my why.

It was the first time I learned to set a boundary and hold it, and the first time I had ever truly trusted myself. This has led me to clients who treat me like family, understand my humanness, are kind and compassionate, and feel like longtime friends.
A lifetime of feeling like my emotions were too much, I'm finally learning that my ability to feel is actually my superpower. I place emotion at the core of everything I do. It’s who I am, and it’s how I see the world. It’s also the heart of my business; feeling things deeply allows me to effortlessly capture and encourage emotion in others, in you.
I've learned to balance the chaos of a wedding day with my calm, while also knowing when it's time to rally my inner hype girl. I'm called to the moments that reflect real life and I will always provide you with a safe and welcoming energy. If you're in front of my lens, rest assured that you will feel seen. My vow to you is that what you see in your photos will feel both familiar and foreign. As if you're seeing yourself for the first time.

Coming out on top are my sweet boys, Jackson + Charlie, and my golden doodle, Maggie. But my super-dad husband is the real MVP here. He's always willing to wear all of the hats at home so I can pour my heart into my business and my clients.
I'm a neuro-spicy Gemini and a deep feeler. Some might even call me a little squirrelly. I feel most at peace when I'm close to water. Music is a form of therapy for me. I have the same birthday wish every year: tickets to a concert at the Budweiser Stage. Being a mom is my greatest accomplishment. My favourite colour is green. I'm a big fan of therapy and becoming the best version of myself that I can. I love to sing and I'll never say no to karaoke. Give me a better combination than a guitar and a campfire - I'll wait. I have a soft spot for gummy bears. I have travelled the world. And last but definitely not least, I'm yet to make it through a meal without spilling on my shirt.
